At Elevate, we believe strength training should support your running, not compete with it.

Our programs are designed specifically with runners in mind. That means every workout is purposeful, seasonally appropriate, and created to complement the phase of training you're in…. whether you're building a base, hitting peak mileage, tapering, or recovering post-race.

We don’t believe in a one-size-fits-all approach to strength. Instead, we offer tiered options to meet you where you are. whether you're new to strength and want guidance, or you're an experienced runner just looking for a solid plan to follow. From personalized coaching to self-guided programs, every option is built to help you move better, stay healthy, and feel stronger on race day.

And when paired with our run coaching, we take it a step further! your strength coach works in sync with your run plan, making sure your workouts are aligned and your training is fully integrated.

  • PREMIUM STRENGTH TRAINING

    COST: $75 / 4 WEEKS FOR NEW ATHLETES

    $55 / 4 WEEKS FOR ELEVATE ATHELTES

    16 WEEK MINIMUM COMMITMENT

    BEST PAIRED WITH ELEVATE RUN COACHING: YOUR STRENGTH COACH WILL HAVE DIRECT ACCESS TO YOUR RUN TRAINING SCHEDULE FOR SEAMLESS INTEGRATION AND SMARTED PROGRAMMING.

    COST: $115 FOR 16 WEEKS (PAID IN FULL)
